We all have impact, and often we are left wondering why it is that how people experience us is so different than we intended. The results or “fruit” we have is often not what we say we want. The Impact Training is an opportunity to bring into alignment your intention and impact. What drives us all in life are the belief systems we operate from. Not necessarily the beliefs we are aware of, but rather the ones that are working outside of our awareness. “What belief systems?”, you may ask. The beliefs about how life should work, how people should be, how we regard ourselves and our abilities, the beliefs we associate with the events of our lives, the ones we assimilate from our culture, our families and our education. The Impact Training is an opportunity for you to discover and realign the belief systems that govern your life, such that you experience a transformation in your ability to love others as Christ loves you… a transformation, liberating your conscience to fulfill God’s unique purpose for you with freedom, passion and power! This transformation opens up the possibility for you to have the impact you desire. The Impact Training is a 4 day training consisting of short lecturettes, experiential exercises, one-to-one and group interactions and opportunities to receive feedback from others in terms of the impact they experience.
